Live Reporting

The digitization process is used to create reports for remote monitoring of any process. These reports are interval updated as per client’s request. This can effectively be used to track any parameter in trend form. From production, availability, use of availability to mean time to repair (MTTR) and mean time to failure (MTTF).

Root Cause Failure Analysis

With an in depth understanding of metallurgical and mechanical interaction different materials have, ECCS offers third party RCFA’s to ensure that an investigation’s conclusion reflects the true cause of failure. We inspect all contributing factors to ensure accurate feedback of the root cause for why a failure occurred. We identify and fix failures while isolating the root cause in order to prevent reoccurrence and eliminate the problem.

Predictive Maintenance

Proactively planning maintenance to increase equipment life and availability. By assessing equipment life cycles, procurement costs, cash flows and stock holding ECCS can generate a predictive maintenance plan which minimizes breakdowns, worthless expenditure and increases production.
